How do I check my Rewards balance?
Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup at the top of the page.
How do I earn Rewards?
Earn 2% on qualifying parts and labor at the Silver level, 3% at Gold, and 4% at Platinum.
How do I move up to the next level?
Gold begins after $5,000 in qualifying spending, and Platinum begins after $10,000.
How much can I earn per visit?
You can earn up to $200 in Rewards per repair order.
Is there a maximum Rewards balance?
No! Your Rewards balance can keep growing as you earn.
Do Rewards expire?
Yes, after 12 months of inactivity.
How do I refer a friend?
Look up your Rewards, then click "View My Benefits." Select the referral option and follow the prompts to send a referral card.
Are there services that do not earn Rewards?
Rewards are earned on qualifying parts and labor. Some services or transactions may be excluded. Please ask your Service Advisor for details.
