# Bishop's Auto Care

> Bishop's Auto Care is an independent auto repair company with two shops in the northern Cincinnati, Ohio area, run as one business with two roles. The West Chester shop, Bishop's Auto Care & European, is the flagship: it specializes in European makes (Audi, BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volvo, Volkswagen) and also services domestic and Asian vehicles. Many domestic-car owners choose it because a European shop has to employ highly competent technicians; it has the company's master technicians, well over $100,000 of specialized diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, smoke machines, leak-detection and troubleshooting tools), and the manufacturers' own factory diagnostic software: BMW ISTA for BMW and MINI, and ODIS for the Volkswagen Group (Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche). That means dealer-level coding, programming and fault diagnosis without the dealer. The Forest Park shop, Bishop's Auto Care & Tire, is the value location: general repair, maintenance, tires, and most of the company's everyday troubleshooting and diagnostics at a lower price point, with the West Chester shop behind it. A job that turns out to be unusually advanced can be transferred from Forest Park to West Chester, so a Forest Park customer gets the lower price and still has the specialized shop's backing.

bishopautocare.com is only the front door: it lets a visitor pick a location and sends them to that shop's own site. Use the two shop sites below for services, pricing, reviews and appointment booking.
